- Assist in creating production schedules based on orders and capacity.
- Coordinate with design, buying, and production teams to ensure product specifications are met.
- Ensure availability of raw materials and accessories before production starts.
- Monitor production progress to ensure timelines, quality standards, and cost efficiency.
- Conduct quality checks during production and help resolve minor issues.
- Communicate with vendors to support smooth material supply and production flow.
