Job description for Merchandiser Fashion at Jenna and Kaia

Kualifikasi :

- Pendidikan minimal S1

- Usia maksimal 35tahun

- Pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun sebagai merchandiser produksi

- Memiliki jaringan supplier dan pengetahuan dasar dalam pengelolaan stok

- Memiliki kemampuan administrasi yang baik dan terbiasa terhadap sistem manufaktur

- Memiliki kemampuan dalam dalam menyusun anggaran (budgeting)

- Menguasai microsoft excel beserta formula-formula di dalamnya untuk kebutuhan pengolahan data

- Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik

- Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan

Job Deskripsi :

- Pembuatan Line Sheet baik New Collection maupun Repeat

- Menghitung kebutuhan raw material setiap artikelnya untuk kebutuhan produksi massal

- Berkoordinasi dengan pihak Fashion Design terkait artikel yang akan diproduksi

- Mengirimkan sampel kepada vendor untuk pembuatan sampel PPS dan melakukan follow up terhadap sample PPS tersebut

- Melakukan negosiasi dengan pihak vendor

- Berkoordinasi dengan PPIC dan Purchasing terkait pemenuhan dan kebutuhan raw material

- Memastikan raw material terkirim dengan benar dan tepat waktu kepada vendor sesuai timeline yang sudah dibuat

- Melakukan proses follow up selama proses produksi berjalan

- Mengidentifikasi dan melaporkan setiap permasalahan produksi kepada atasan

- Mengisi dokumen report launching, untuk kebutuhan alokasi barang penjualan yang akan di jadikan patokan oleh bagian warehouse dan sale

- Melakukan proses PPM bersama vendor untuk membahas secara detail dan technical barang yang akan di produksi

- Membuat laporan daily report status produksi dan melaporkannya kepada atasan untuk hasil pantauan atau follow up proses produksi

- Berkoordinasi dengan bagian quality control untuk memastikan produk yang dijalankan sudah memenuhi standar kualitas yang diminta
