Job Description:
- Lead the development of hair tools, branded merchandise, and promotional products from concept to launch.
- Research market trends, consumer insights, and competitor products to identify new opportunities.
- Source and manage OEM suppliers, including quotation, negotiation, sampling, and production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product concepts, packaging, and campaign-ready launches.
- Ensure product quality, costing, and timelines meet business objectives.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful product launches.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Business, Marketing, Industrial Design, Product Design, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Development, Product Sourcing, Merchandising, Procurement, or a related role (Not formulator)
- Experience managing product development from ideation through production is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills, with experience working with manufacturers or OEM partners.
- Good understanding of product costing, production timelines, and quality control processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Passion for beauty, lifestyle, or consumer products, with a keen eye for market trends and consumer preferences.
