About The Company:
- The working venue is in Cikarang.
- Our client is a Garment Company. Currently, they are looking for Merchandiser & Mandarin Speaker Assistant (FG are welcome!)
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor garment/textile orders from customer requirements through production and delivery.
- Communicate with Chinese customers regarding product specifications, order details, production schedules, and quality requirements.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to PD (Production/Product Development).
- Coordinate with garment factories and suppliers to ensure production follows customer specifications.
- Monitor production progress and provide regular updates to customers and internal teams.
- Review product specifications, samples, measurements, materials, and quality standards.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Support management in coordinating meetings.
- Perform translation and interpretation duties between Mandarin and English/Indonesian as needed.
- Handle general administrative tasks and documentation related to garment production processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Diploma's degree in any field.
- High conversational proficiency in Chinese.
- Willing to stay in the Cikarang dormitory.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
