Key Responsibilities
• Negotiate with suppliers for new items, promotions, stock allocation, and trading terms.
• Manage product orders, returns, and damaged goods handling.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Oversee merchandising standards, in-store displays, and monthly thematic plans.
• Manage store rental opportunities for suppliers.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Fashion, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or a related position (experience in Retail Fashion)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to monitor and analyze competitor performance.
