About the role
Supervise MEP work on site in accordance with approved drawings, RKS, and BOQ. Conduct quality inspections and monitor MEP work progress. Review Shop Drawings, Material Approvals, Method Statements, and related MEP documents. Coordinate with contractors and Architecture, Structure, and Interior disciplines. Ensure MEP work complies with project specifications and standards. Monitor testing, commissioning, and completion of MEP work.
Key responsibilities
Supervise MEP work on site according to approved drawing, RKS, and BOQ
Conduct quality inspections and progress monitoring of MEP work
Review Shop Drawing, Material Approval, Method Statement, and related MEP documents
Coordinate with contractors and Architecture, Structure, and Interior disciplines
Ensure MEP work complies with project specifications and standards
Monitor testing, commissioning, and completion of MEP work
Requirement
Minimum S1/D4 qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Minimum 3 years experience as MEP Supervisor/Engineer/Inspector
Understanding of Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm systems
Ability to read Design Drawing and Shop Drawing MEP
Understanding of RKS, BOQ, and technical specifications
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Experience in Management Construction/Consultant is an advantage
