Job description for MEP Staff (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) - Pre Opening at Apex Sports Village
APEX Sports Village is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Staff to support the operation, maintenance, and development of our sports and wellness facilities. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with MEP systems and a strong background in construction, hospitality, commercial, or large-scale development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Monitor the performance and reliability of building utilities and equipment
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for installation, repair, and maintenance works
- Support project execution, fit-out, and facility development activities
- Review MEP drawings, specifications, and site implementation to ensure compliance with project requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP maintenance, construction, engineering, or facility management
- Experience handling large-scale projects such as hotels, resorts, sports facilities, commercial buildings, mixed-use developments, or similar projects is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical distribution systems, plumbing systems, pumps, generators, and building utilities
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, technical specifications, and as-built drawings
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices
- Familiarity with occupational health and safety standards
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Based in Bali and willing to work in Uluwatu
