Job description for MEP Engineer at PT Jaya Hunian Lestari
Job Description:
- Create MEP design concepts for prefabricated building system
- Create RAB dan BQ from related designs
- Create detailed drawings of related designs
- Periodically Supervise the implementation of construction
- Check the work of the subcontractor to fit the implementation procedures
- Carry out supervision related to MEP technical scope (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and finishing on construction projects
- Handling problems that may arise in the MEP technical scope, including conducting tests
- Assisting the commercial team in preparing MEP layout drawings and 3D illustrations
- Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to coordinate MEP activities, resolve conflicts, and manage the quality of MEP contractors
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems with overall construction plans
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering
- Having 3 years experience in accordance with the position
- Software literacy (Autocad, Dialux etc.)
- Computer literacy (excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
- Communication and interpersonal skill
- Willing to be placed in Tanjung Lesung, Pandeglang, Banten - Indonesia
