About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Engineer to ensure all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems within the villa operate efficiently, safely, and in accordance with operational standards. This role focuses on building operations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair works for completed and operational villas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the quality and reliability of all MEP facilities and responding promptly to technical issues on site.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an MEP Engineer, Building Maintenance Engineer, or similar role.
- Experience in handling villa, hotel, resort, residential, or property management operations is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Fire Protection systems.
- Good troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
- Able to read and understand technical drawings and building utility systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Willing to work mobile and be on standby for emergency situations when required.
Job Description
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance for all MEP systems within the villa area.
- Ensure electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, pumps, water heaters, and supporting facilities function properly.
- Handle troubleshooting and repair of technical issues related to villa facilities.
- Coordinate with vendors and external technicians for specialized maintenance and repair work.
- Supervise technicians and ensure all work is completed according to operational standards.
- Prepare and manage periodic maintenance schedules for all MEP facilities.
- Monitor utility usage such as electricity and water consumption to ensure operational efficiency.
- Prepare maintenance reports, damage reports, and follow-up actions regularly.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations or operational issues related to MEP systems.
