MEP Engineer (Shop Drawing Review Focus)

We are looking for a highly skilled MEP Engineer to join our team! The ideal candidate will have strong experience in reviewing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing shop drawings and ensuring their compliance with project design, codes, and coordination requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewed for construction drawings and MEP technical specifications as a reference for the concept of making MEP shop drawings.
- Make notes of non-conformities and find technical solutions in internal and external coordination under the coordination of the MEP Engineering Manager
- Check and supervise the submission of shop drawing MEP approval according to the MEP system and the approved submission plan schedule.
- Create and ensure MEP Material approval applications according to the approved specifications and submission plan schedule.
- Create and ensure methods for implementing installations and testing MEP installations according to the approved submission plan schedule.
- Coordinate with other MEP engineers to plan the creation of CSD drawings.
- Identify and solve problems in building plans and installation mock ups.
- Ensure building systems are functional, safe, reliable and efficient.
- Read, interpretation, and explain complex MEP technical documents.
Skill and Job Qualification:
- Minimum 4 years+ experiences in High-Rise Building Projects as MEP Engineer
- Candidates at least a Bachelor's Degree from Engineering or equivalent.
- Familiar with 2D AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and presentation techniques.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team effectively.
- Strict adherence to deadlines.
- Understanding of sustainable design.
- Good communication in English, both spoken and written, is preferred.
- Good team, hard worker, results oriented, initiative and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta.
- Indonesian Only.
