Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in MEP construction projects.
- Understand MEP systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and low current systems.
- Able to read MEP drawings and coordinate with other disciplines.
- Familiar with project scheduling and site supervision.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
- Preferably experienced in villa, residential, or hospitality projects.
Job Description :
- Supervise and monitor MEP works on site.
- Coordinate MEP installation with site team, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Review MEP drawings and ensure implementation follows approved drawings.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and workmanship.
- Prepare site reports, progress updates, and material requests.
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot technical issues on site.
- Ensure all MEP works comply with project specifications and safety standards.
- Support testing, commissioning, and project handover process.
