- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar role (preferably in hospitality / villa background)
- Basic English communication skills
- Understanding of construction, maintenance, and technical/electrical systems
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Disciplined, responsible, and eager to learn
