Job description for MEP Drafter at Archestet Bali
About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled MEP Drafter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating accurate and coordinated MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings for luxury villa projects. You will work closely with the design and engineering teams to ensure high-quality and efficient MEP designs are translated into clear technical drawings.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an MEP Drafter, preferably in villa or residential projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting tools (Revit or BIM knowledge is a plus).
- Familiar with local construction standards, MEP systems, and technical regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Able to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare MEP layout drawings including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, water supply, fire safety, and electrical systems.
- Translate design concepts and engineering specifications into detailed 2D/3D technical drawings.
- Coordinate with architectural and structural teams to ensure integrated and clash-free designs.
- Update drawings and documents based on revisions and site instructions.
- Support engineers and project managers by providing accurate and timely drafts.
- Maintain organized CAD files and project documentation.
