Kami tidak mencari teknisi untuk pekerjaan instalasi atau pekerjaan onsite. Kandidat diharapkan memiliki pemahaman yang baik mengenai gambar teknik, prinsip desain engineering, serta software desain yang relevan, dan mampu membuat, membaca, memeriksa, serta mengoordinasikan gambar teknik. We are looking for qualified and experienced professionals to join our engineering team for the following positions:
1. Senior Electrical Engineer
Responsibilities:
-Lead and coordinate electrical engineering design and technical activities.
-Prepare and review electrical drawings, calculations, specifications, and technical documents.
-Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and project teams.
-Ensure designs comply with applicable standards, codes, and project requirements.
-Conduct site inspections and provide technical solutions when required.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
-Relevant experience in building/industrial projects.
-Strong knowledge of electrical systems, design, and engineering standards.
-Able to work independently and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
2. Plumbing, HVAC & Fire Protection Engineer
Responsibilities:
-Design and develop plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems.
-Prepare engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
-Coordinate MEP systems with architectural and structural designs.
-Review designs and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
-Support project teams during construction and site coordination.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
-Experience in plumbing, HVAC, and/or fire protection system design.
-Familiarity with relevant engineering standards and building regulations.
-Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
3. ELV / Intelligent Building Engineer
Responsibilities:
-Design and coordinate ELV and intelligent building systems.
-Work with systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Data/Network, Fire Alarm, BMS, and other low-voltage systems.
-Prepare system layouts, schematics, technical specifications, and calculations.
-Coordinate ELV systems with other MEP and building disciplines.
-Support technical coordination and site activities when required.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
-Experience with ELV, ICT, BMS, or intelligent building systems.
-Good understanding of system design and technical documentation.
-Strong coordination and communication skills.
4. MEP Drafter / General Engineer
Responsibilities:
-Prepare and update MEP drawings using AutoCAD/Revit or other relevant software.
-Assist engineers in preparing layouts, drawings, and technical documentation.
-Coordinate drawings between MEP, architectural, and structural disciplines.
-Revise drawings according to engineering comments and project requirements.
-Support the engineering team with general technical tasks.
Requirements:
-Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
-Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS.
-MEP drafting experience is preferred.
-Able to read and understand engineering drawings.
-Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.

-Good communication and teamwork skills.
-Able to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
-Previous experience in building, industrial, or commercial projects is an advantage.
-Must have a valid SKK
-Preferably under 30 years old
-Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Mandarin is a plus)
