Job description for MEP Civil at PT Fauzi Panca Manunggal
Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance and repair of MEP systems, including:
-Mechanical: air conditioning (AC), pumps, ventilation
-Electrical: lighting, wiring, panels
-Plumbing: water supply, drainage, sanitary systems
•Carry out civil works, such as:
-Wall, floor, and ceiling repairs
-Tiling, concrete patching, and building leak repairs
•Conduct preventive maintenance according to schedule
•Troubleshoot and respond to equipment or building breakdowns
•Perform routine inspections of building facilities and utilities
•Prepare maintenance and work reports
•Ensure building facilities operate safely and efficiently
•Comply with safety procedures and regulations
Qualifications:
• Minimum education Vocational High School (SMK)
• 1–3 years of experience in MEP & Civil works
• Good understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems
• Skilled in civil works (light to medium) such as:
-Wall, floor, and ceiling repairs
-Tiling and minor concrete works
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance
• Ability to read basic drawings / schematics
• Knowledge of HSE / K3 standards
• Able to work independently and in a team
