Job description for Meme Community Operations Manager (Indonesia) at CLOUDINNOVATE TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED

## Job Responsibilities

1.Be responsible for the end-to-end setup, operation and growth of Indonesian meme communities from scratch, and formulate comprehensive community operation strategies.

2.Source and collaborate with local Indonesian meme KOLs, communities and promotion channels to drive user acquisition and ecosystem partnerships.

3.Design meme-culture themed community activities to boost user engagement, retention and trading conversion.

4.Monitor meme market trends, trending projects and user behaviors in Indonesia, and continuously optimize growth strategies.

5.Build a data-driven community operation system, and take ownership of user growth, engagement and conversion performance.

## Requirements

Indonesian national. Deeply familiar with the local crypto and meme market in Indonesia with independent market judgment.

Hands-on experience trading meme coins, with solid understanding of meme trading mechanics, market narratives and community culture.

Possess existing connections with local Indonesian KOLs and channels, capable of independently closing community partnerships and driving user growth.

Familiar with the Telegram ecosystem; practical experience using meme trading bots, and knowledge of platforms and tools including GMGN, Robinhood, etc.

Proven track record building crypto/meme communities from 0 to 1, with mature and systematic methodologies for community operation and growth.

Strong execution, resource integration and data analysis skills; able to independently develop and implement operation plans.

Preferred qualifications: Candidates who have led meme community growth projects in Indonesia, with verifiable KOL collaboration cases or proven community growth results. Those who intend to grow into a meme KOL are a plus.

Fluent in English for communication and able to work remotely online.
