About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, outgoing, and results-driven Membership Sales Executive to join our Country Club team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling club memberships, developing relationships with prospective members, and delivering an exceptional membership experience from initial inquiry through enrollment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building long-term relationships, and working in a premium hospitality, leisure, sports, or lifestyle environment.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new membership leads through networking, referrals, events, partnerships, and direct sales activities.
Present and promote Country Club membership packages, benefits, facilities, and services to prospective members.
Conduct club tours and personalized membership presentations for prospective clients.
Follow up with leads and prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing members.
Achieve individual and team membership sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of prospects, sales activities, follow-ups, and membership conversions.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Participate in membership drives, promotional campaigns, open houses, exhibitions, and club events.
Work closely with the Marketing, Membership Services, and Operations teams to support membership growth and retention.
Identify opportunities for corporate, family, individual, and group memberships.
Handle membership inquiries professionally and resolve concerns or coordinate with relevant departments when required.
Stay informed about club facilities, programs, events, membership benefits, pricing, and promotional offers.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on sales performance and prospects.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality, country clubs, hotels, fitness, sports, or other services.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Confident and professional appearance with a customer-oriented personality.
Proven ability to develop leads and convert prospects into customers.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM/sales management systems.
Fluent in English and [local language] is preferred.
Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and during club events when required.
