We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative and Member Consultant to join our team in Uluwatu, Kabupaten Badung. This role is essential in helping us expand our community of health-conscious individuals and deliver exceptional service to our members. The Sales Representative and Member Consultant will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing members, providing them with personalized fitness solutions, and guiding them through the membership process. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, promoting gym services and packages, and working closely with the sales team to meet and exceed targets. The ideal candidate will also assist in organizing promotional events, collecting customer feedback, and contributing to the overall growth of the gym by delivering high-quality customer service and effective sales strategies.
Candidates must have a minimum education level of SMA/SMK and between 1 and 3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles. Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Engagement, Sales Strategy, Sales and Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, B2C Sales, Communication Skills, and B2B Sales are required.
