Bertanggung jawab melakukan servis berkala sesuai standar operasional
Mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis kerusakan atau kendala yang dialami dengan melakukan pemeriksaan secara menyeluruh
Melakukan penggantian sparepart yang rusak serta memberikan estimasi waktu pengerjaannya
Mengoperasikan tools atau scanner diagnostik untuk mendeteksi kerusakan pada sistem elektronik atau mesin
