Job Description:
As a Premium Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for vehicle inspection, maintenance, installation, and performance upgrades while ensuring every vehicle meets the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair according to company standards.
- Install premium automotive performance parts, including suspension systems, braking systems, wheels, exhaust systems, and other aftermarket components.
- Conduct vehicle inspections before and after service.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems accurately.
- Ensure all installation work complies with manufacturer specifications.
- Perform wheel alignment, suspension setup, and vehicle testing after installation (if applicable).
- Maintain workshop cleanliness and ensure proper use of tools and equipment.
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Sales Team regarding customer needs.
- Provide technical recommendations and solutions based on vehicle conditions.
- Participate in technical training provided by suppliers and manufacturers.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) in Automotive Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an automotive technician.
- Experience in premium vehicles or performance workshops is highly preferred.
- Fresh graduates with outstanding automotive skills are welcome to apply.
