KUALIFIKASI MEKANIK – PDUP CIRACAS

• Pendidikan minimal SMK Teknik Mesin/Teknik Elektro/Mekatronika atau sederajat.

• Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai mekanik/maintenance industri.

• Memahami mechanical, hydraulic dan basic electrical.

• Berpengalaman melakukan preventive dan corrective maintenance.

• Mampu melakukan troubleshooting mesin, conveyor, shredder, ballpress, motor, gearbox dan hydraulic system.

• Mampu menggunakan hand tools dan alat ukur maintenance.

• Mampu membaca manual mesin dan gambar teknik sederhana.

• Memahami penerapan K3 dan LOTO.

• Mampu membuat laporan maintenance dan mencatat downtime mesin.

• Bersedia bekerja shift sesuai kebutuhan operasional PDUP Ciracas.

• Disiplin, bertanggung jawab, responsif terhadap kerusakan mesin dan mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.

• Pengalaman di industri recycling/pengolahan plastik menjadi nilai tambah.
