MEIJI Sales Support Officer

We are looking for Sales Support Officer for MEIJI Food Indonesia.

👁️ Job Highlights :

- Support Sales and Supply Chain operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.

- Provide accurate sales reports and data analysis to support business decisions.

- Coordinate with Sales, Distributors, Warehouse, Logistics, and Factory teams.

- Monitor stock availability and support demand planning and replenishment.

- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and distributor transition projects.

🖊️ Key Responsibilities :

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, sales performance analysis, and target achievement tracking.

- Process and analyze sales data by area, distributor, salesperson, and SKU to support business decisions.

- Monitor distributor inventory, identify stock risks, and support demand forecasting and replenishment planning.

- Coordinate with Factory Logistics, distributors, and transporters to ensure smooth order fulfillment and on-time deliveries.

- Monitor logistics performance, evaluate transporter vendors, and support cost optimization initiatives.

- Support distributor operations, including order management, issue resolution, onboarding, and transition processes.

- Analyze sales trends, promotional effectiveness, and operational performance to provide actionable recommendations.

- Maintain operational documents, reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and customer/distributor databases.

- Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Logistics teams to improve operational efficiency and business processes.

🔎 Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Management, or a related field.

- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Administration, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or a similar role within an FMCG company.

- Strong understanding of General Trade, distributor management, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS); Power BI and ERP (SAP/Oracle) are advantages.

- Strong analytical, coordination, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working with logistics vendors or distributor transition projects is a plus.

- Passive English proficiency and high attention to detail.
