MEIJI Head of Region [Jakarta/Surabaya Based]

We are looking for Head of Region [Jakarta/Surabaya based] for MEIJI Food Indonesia.

👁️ Job Highlights :

- Achieve regional sales targets and drive business growth.

- Lead, coach, and develop Distributor Sales Teams.

- Strengthen distributor performance and General Trade execution.

- Improve Numeric Distribution (ND), Weighted Distribution (WD), and product availability.

- Build strong relationships with distributors and key customers.

- Analyze sales performance and identify growth opportunities.

- Ensure effective execution of trade marketing programs and market standards.

🖊️ Key Responsibilities :

- Deliver sales volume and value targets within the assigned region.

- Manage distributor performance, inventory, and service levels.

- Lead field coaching, joint visits, and performance reviews for distributor salespeople.

- Expand outlet coverage and improve product distribution and visibility.

- Monitor competitor activities and recommend business strategies.

- Develop territory coverage and route plans to maximize sales productivity.

- Prepare sales forecasts, business reviews, and performance reports.

- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Trade Marketing, and distributor partners to ensure operational excellence.

🔎 Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years' experience as an FMCG Sales Supervisor or similar role.

- Proven experience managing distributors and leading 5–10 salespeople.

- Strong knowledge of General Trade, including distributors, wholesalers, and traditional retail.

- Experience in area expansion; distributor transition experience is an advantage.

- Proficient in sales analysis, forecasting, territory management, route planning, and Microsoft Excel.

- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Willing to travel frequently, possess a valid SIM A, have passive English proficiency, and demonstrate high integrity.
