Medical Sales Manager (Senior Level)

About Us

Tongee Medical Tech is seeking a results-oriented and strategic Medical Sales professional to support business expansion and strengthen partnerships within the healthcare industry.

We are looking for an experienced sales professional with strong industry exposure in medical devices and pharmaceutical sectors, capable of driving business growth and building long-term client relationships.


Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in medical sales, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong experience handling B2B sales within healthcare and hospital market
  • Proven experience approaching and building relationships with doctors, surgeons, hospitals, and healthcare institutions
  • Strong understanding of medical devices and healthcare business processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Mandarin proficiency will be a strong advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skill with professional and consultative selling approach
  • Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Willing to travel for business meetings, hospital visits, and industry events

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
  • Approach doctors, surgeons, hospitals, and healthcare institutions for B2B business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the medical industry
  • Conduct product presentations, consultations, and business negotiations with clients and partners
  • Identify market opportunities and expand customer network within healthcare sector
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support product positioning and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and customer needs
  • Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and business development strategies for management review
