Role Description
- Medical Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting our brand and business strategy through the development and execution of medical marketing initiatives.
- HCP & KOL Relationship Management: Build long-term, trust-based relationships with healthcare professional (HCPs), including pediatricians, general practitioners, pharmacists, nutritionists, clinics, hospitals, and relevant professional associations.
- Scientific & Medical Communication: Responsible for delivering accurate, evidence-based, compliant, and professional scientific information related to infant and children nutrition.
- Medical Channel Development: Support the expansion of our brand’s medical channel presence, generate qualified new users through HCP channels, and contribute to sustainable sales and market share growth.
- Medical Marketing Programs: Support the Brand Manager in planning and executing CME programs, scientific symposiums, RTD, clinic activations and other HCP educational activities.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of HCP visits, engagement, activities, product listing, and medical channel sales.
- This role will also cross-functionally coordinate with brand/marketing, sales, finance, distributor, overseas manufacturer and headquarters team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Pharmacy, Medicine, Public Health, Food Science, Nursing, or other relevant health/science disciplines.
- Min. 2 years of experience in Medical Marketing, Medical Affairs, Medical Representative or a related role.
- Experience within infant/child nutrition, milk formula, pharmaceutical, healthcare or consumer health industries is strongly preferred.
- Existing exposure or relationship with pediatricians, obgyn, clinics, hospitals would be an advantage.
- Good command in English, both written and spoken.
- Good presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable working in a lean organization where the role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
