Regene Life Care is building an integrated healthcare ecosystem across Preventive, Diagnostic, Treatment, and Maintenance. We provide innovative healthcare technologies and solutions, including diagnostic imaging equipment, medical devices, DNA testing, and digital healthcare platforms.
We are looking for an experienced Medical Imaging Specialist to drive business growth for our Diagnostic Technology division by introducing advanced imaging solutions to hospitals and healthcare institutions across Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions.
- Prospect and identify new customers through networking, referrals, and strategic business development.
- Conduct product presentations and solution consultations to hospital management and healthcare professionals.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, negotiation, tender process, to project closing.
- Coordinate product demonstrations, evaluations, installations, and after-sales support with internal teams and principals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and sales forecast.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Physics, Radiography, Engineering, Healthcare Management, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in medical device, medical imaging, or healthcare B2B sales.
- Proven track record in developing new business and managing strategic customer accounts.
- Experience working with hospitals, clinics, or healthcare institutions is highly preferred.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willing to travel across Indonesia.
- Good command of English is preferred.
