Medical Case Provider – Diode Laser Devices for EVLA/LHP/PLDD & Surgery
Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Medical Case Provider will work closely with the sales team to manage and support medical cases involving diode laser devices for Endovenous Laser Ablation (EVLA), Laser Hemorrhoidoplasty (LHP), Percutaneous Laser Disc Decompression (PLDD), and other surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and clinical support during procedures involving diode laser devices.
- Assist healthcare professionals in understanding the proper use, application, and benefits of the laser system.
- Conduct product demonstrations and hands-on training for medical staff.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth case handling and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, clinical guidelines, and product advancements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide immediate assistance to medical professionals during procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of cases and report feedback to the company for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Background in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Medical Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in a clinical or surgical setting is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of laser technology applications in medical procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced medical environment.
- Willingness to travel for case support when necessary.
