Job description for Medical and Ancillary Services Manager at RS Lira Medika Bali
About the role :
As the Medical and Ancillary Services Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, supervising, and evaluating all Medical and Ancillary Services activities within the hospital. You will ensure that services provided meet quality standards, patient safety requirements, and comply with applicable regulations.
Qualifications :
- Minimum education of a Bachelor's degree in Medicine and holding a General Practitioner (GP), preferably with MARS degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Medical and Ancillary Services management in a managerial position in a Hospital
- Strong knowledge of hospital service system, accreditation standards (KARS), and national health regulations
- Able to lead cross-departmental teams and foster strong collaboration
- Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Preferably domiciled in Bali or willing to be placed in Bali
