Job description for Media Production & Social Media Specialist at RealCo
We’re looking for a creative, hands-on, and digitally savvy Media Production & Social Media Specialist to join our team!
You’ll be responsible for creating compelling photo & video content while also taking an active role in developing and executing our social media presence.
What You’ll Do
Media Production
- Handle end-to-end photo & video production for products, campaigns, launches, events, and social media.
- Develop creative concepts and produce engaging photo & video content.
- Capture and produce short-form content for Instagram & TikTok.
- Manage and organize visual assets and production needs.
Social Media
- Develop and execute social media content for Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Create content ideas, content plans, and captions aligned with brand objectives.
- Collaborate with the Marketing/Brand team on campaigns and activations.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Media Production, Social Media, Content Creation, or related fields.
- Strong portfolio showcasing photography, videography, and social media content.
- Strong visual storytelling and creative sense.
- Comfortable handling photo & video production independently, from planning to execution.
- Understands Instagram & TikTok content, trends, and audience behavior.
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and highly hands-on.
- Experience in FMCG, F&B, Health, Lifestyle, or Mom & Baby is a plus.
