Your Role: Media Ops Executive
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage end-to-end execution of media campaigns, including setting up placements, uploading assets, and ensuring all deliverables go live as scheduled.
- Handle high-volume media inventory (e.g., banners, listings, and other placements) with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Perform thorough quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure all content is correctly placed, functional, and aligned with campaign requirements before and after go-live.
- Monitor live campaigns to ensure smooth delivery, and quickly identify and resolve any issues related to placement, visibility, or content accuracy.
- Act as the main coordinator between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams for campaign execution and issue resolution.
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while balancing priorities, deadlines, and sudden requests from stakeholders.
- Maintain and update campaign trackers, documentation, and reporting dashboards to ensure data is accurate and up to date.
- Escalate technical issues clearly and follow through with Product/Engineering teams until resolution.
- Support ongoing improvements in workflow efficiency, including reducing manual work and minimizing recurring errors.
- Assist in campaign reporting and provide basic insights on delivery performance when needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, campaign execution, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to catch errors in repetitive and high-volume tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes and urgent requests.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability—able to follow through tasks until completion.
- Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient in Google Sheets (formulas, data tracking, basic analysis) and general administrative tools.
- Familiarity with CMS, ad platforms, or internal tools is a plus.
