Job Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brands, and business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively prospect potential clients.
- Prepare proposals and recommend media solutions tailored to client needs.
- Manage the sales process from outreach and pitching to negotiation and closing.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide updates, insights, and recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and operations teams to deliver the best solutions for clients.
- Achieve revenue targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Maintain client satisfaction while driving repeat business and upselling opportunities.
Requirements
- Passionate about communication, networking, and relationship building.
- Previous experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or a related role is a plus.
- Understanding of the media, digital marketing, agency, or content industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven and target-oriented mindset.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with various stakeholders.

- Based in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek) or willing to work with high mobility within the region.
