We’re Hiring: Technical Support

Are you passionate about engineering, problem-solving, and supporting innovative agricultural technology?

Join Agros as a Technical Support team member and gain hands-on experience working directly with customers, handling technical troubleshooting, and supporting field operations.

What you’ll do:

Provide first-level technical support to customers

Identify and troubleshoot technical issues

Prepare technical documentation and reports

Support field visits, installations, and operational activities

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

Ensure technical issues are followed up and resolved properly

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds a degree in Civil Engineering, Agriculture, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Has strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn

• Is able to work independently and collaboratively

• Is willing to participate in field activities when required
