Job Description
- Provide technical support during sales, tenders, and client meetings
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable mechanical and electrical products
- Prepare basic technical documents and sales support materials
- Assist in technical presentations and meetings with clients
- Create simple technical materials and answer customer technical questions
- Conduct quality checks on incoming goods from suppliers
- Prepare QC reports and coordinate with the warehouse
- Support basic installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting when needed
- Handle and report customer technical issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical components
- Able to read technical drawings and simple electrical diagrams
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented and able to perform basic quality inspections
- Willing to visit customers for meetings and support
- Experience in industrial supply, automation, railway, or electrical trading companies
- Experience preparing technical documents
- Ability to use CAD software (AutoCAD or SolidWorks)
- Experience in commissioning or field trleshooting
