Job description for Mechanical Engineer - Marine Engines at PT Mega Utama Diesel
PT Mega Utama Diesel is a company specializing in marine engines and serves as an authorized distributor of Weichai products.
We are currently seeking a team of mechanics experienced in operating Weichai engines.
Responsibility:
1. Direct responsible for the service of Weichai Brand Marine products of marine proplusion engine, marine auxiliary engine, marine generator sets.
2. Service operation : service information reception, processing, tracking and feedback
3. Handling the quality problem: feedback, tracking and verification of quality information in our system; product quality problem claim and cost management
4. Service network and service team capacity improvement: regional costumer relationship management and market product research
5. Service trainning: provice service manual training for customer’s staff
Requirement:
1. Basic knowledge of Marine engine and marine generating sets
2. Have presentation capability & communication skills.
3. Familiar with the diesel industry（trucks / construction machinery / marine engines)
4. Capable of travelling out of town
5. English speaking or Chinese speaking is preferable.
6. At least 3 years work experience in sales diesel engine
