Jobdesc:

Melakukan pemeliharaan atas barang-barang mekanikal-elektrikal sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditentukan.
Melakukan pemeriksaan awal dan analisa terhadap kerusakan yang terjadi pada barang-barang asset perusahaan serta memberikan kesimpulan apakah masih bisa diperbaiki sendiri atau harus memanggil vendor untuk pengerjaannya
Melakukan perbaikan pada kerusakan kerusakan ringan yang terjadi pada barang-barang property kantor
Membantu proyek pembangunan perbaikan building dengan menghitung kebutuhan material Mechanical Electrical & melakukan pengawasan pada saat pengerjaannya
Mampu membuat atau merangcang Wiring Diagram berikut pembagian Daya dan RST yang seimbang
Membuat laporan mingguan atas pekerjaan ME
Melakukan pencatatan stand meter air setiap akhir bulan tanggal 25, Listrik secara periodik untuk pengisian pulsa
Penempatan di Pademangan, Ancol
