Job description for Mechanical Electrical Officer at PT Dutakom Wibawa Putra (DWP)
Tugas dan Tanggungjawab
- Review M&E drawings, technical submissions, and method statements.
- Ensure all M&E work is carried out according to design, specs, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control on M&E installations.
- Monitor testing and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, lighting, power, and control systems.
- Ensure M&E works align with project schedule and cost.
- Manage and resolve technical issues on-site.
- Liaise with civil, architectural, and other trades for seamless integration.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly M&E progress reports.
Spesifikasi Pekerjaan
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Good knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC,Fire and plumbing systems.
- Familiar with local and international standards (SNI, IEC, ASHRAE, NFPA).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The position open to project needs or operational needs will be shift work (it will be noticed in interview section with HR and Users)
