Job description for Mechanical Drafter at PT. Intan Safety Glass

Job Responsibilities:

Membuat dan mengembangkan blueprint / gambar teknis (2D & 3D) untuk semua pesanan kaca berdasarkan spesifikasi pelanggan menggunakan CAD
Melakukan prototyping desain dan simulasi pemotongan/pengeboran/penghalusan kaca sebelum produksi massal.
Menyiapkan dan mengoptimalkan program CNC (G-code atau file post-processing) untuk mesin CNC glass processing (cutting, edging, drilling, polishing, engraving, dll.
Melakukan quality control terhadap produk jadi
Memelihara dokumentasi teknis: drawing revisi, nesting layout, program CNC, dan laporan QC
KANBAN: Pengontrolan flow order yang di distribusi ke Production Floor
Maintenance: Pengontrolan Cleaning & Preventive Maintenance
Sparepart Consummable Management: Kontrol pemakaian pasir, selang benang & mata pisau mesin CNC
Membuat blueprint / gambar teknis (2D) untuk unit mesin yang ada di area produksi
