Job description for MCN Creator Manager at Social Bread
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators under MCN, ensure their performance and engagement remain high
- Monitoring performance tracking and support
- Manage daily operational needs of creator (answering inquiries, provide support, sharing updates, consultation)
- Provide regular feedback and insights to help creators optimize their content
- Track creator performance and keep update about creator performance on database
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Creator Management, KOL Specialist or Influencer Marketing
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and give actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of the content creator ecosystem (TikTok)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
