Job description for MCN Creator Manager Intern at Social Bread

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators under MCN, ensure their performance and engagement remain high
  • Monitoring performance tracking and support
  • Manage daily operational needs of creator (answering inquiries, provide support, sharing updates, consultation)
  • Provide regular feedback and insights to help creators optimize their content
  • Track creator performance and keep update about creator performance on database

Requirements:

  • Final-year students (no ongoing classes) or fresh graduates in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related majors.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and give actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of the content creator ecosystem (TikTok)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized and proactive
