Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and onboard potential affiliate partners that align with the company’s target market.
- Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to produce promotional materials.
- Maintain regular communication with affiliates to foster long-term partnerships.
- Monitor affiliate performance, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI using tracking tools.
- Analyze data and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Ensure affiliates adhere to brand guidelines and comply with program terms.
- Stay up-to-date with affiliate marketing trends and competitors’ activities.
Qualifications:
- Fresh Graduate or final semester student in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset
- Familiarity with affiliate tracking software and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Willing to be placed in Meruya, Jakarta Barat
