Job Description:
- Oversee all activities related to affiliate marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the execution of campaigns across various brands, tailored to meet specific goals and target audiences.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) for Affiliate Campaign Specialists and Affiliate Specialists, providing guidance and support to drive optimal results.
- Serve as a community leader, fostering engagement, collaboration, and a sense of belonging within the affiliate network.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, ensuring effective communication, long-term collaboration, and mutual growth.
- Implement leadership role in building, mentoring, and managing cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- Min. 5 years of experience in MCN Operations, influencer marketing, or digital media.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling creator networks or affiliate programs.
- Deep understanding of platforms like TikTok and Shopee
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
