Job Deskripsi :

Mencari dan mendapatkan orderan trucking (muatan/ritase) dari customer baru
Menawarkan jasa trucking sesuai kebutuhan pengiriman client
Melakukan negosiasi harga dan closing deal
Menjalin hubungan baik dengan customer untuk repeat order
Berkoordinasi dengan tim operasional terkait ketersediaan unit dan jadwal pengiriman
Mencapai target penjualan yang telah ditentukan
Bertanggung jawab terhadap rute pengiriman
Melakukan prospecting, canvassing, dan follow up client potensial

Kualifikasi :

Wajib berpengalaman di bidang Marketing logistik/trucking
Terbiasa mencari orderan (muatan) dan target oriented
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan closing yang baik
Memiliki relasi/customer di bidang logistik menjadi nilai tambah
Siap kerjan lapangan (mobile)
Memiliki kendaan pribadi & SIM aktif
Mampu mengoperasikan Ms. Office
