Mathematics Teacher

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Mathematics Rockstar Teacher who will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality text-based and audiovisual content for Pahamify, as well as teaching live classes. This may include creating questions, answer keys, and detailed explanations, as well as producing clear and structured video explanations that help students understand mathematical and logical reasoning concepts clearly. The content may cover various types of assessments, including Ujian Mandiri, TIU CPNS (Tes Intelegensi Umum), and UTBK. Assignments will be determined based on the teacher’s strengths and project needs.The Rockstar Teacher ensures content accuracy while maintaining proper structure and language in Bahasa Indonesia, making learning both effective and enjoyable.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field.
2. At least 1 year of experience in teaching, tutoring, or creating Mathematics-related content.
3. Strong understanding of mathematics and logical/numerical reasoning.
4. Familiarity with at least one of the following is preferred:
1. SMA materials: Matematika, Matematika Peminatan (2013 Curriculum), and Matematika Tingkat Lanjut (Merdeka Curriculum).
2. UTBK-SNBT materials: Pengetahuan Kuantitatif, Penalaran Matematika, Penalaran Umum Deduktif & Kuantitatif.
3. Independent university entrance exam (ujian mandiri PTN): Matematika Dasar, Matematika IPA, and academic potential test (quantitative and logical reasoning) subtests.
4. CPNS materials: Tes Intelegensi Umum (TIU), including numerical, logical, and figural reasoning.
5. Able to create clear, well-structured, and exam-relevant questions along with accurate answer keys and student-friendly explanations.
6. Able to explain mathematical concepts clearly, both in written and video format.
7. Strong communication skills and ability to deliver engaging explanations.
8. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
9. Good writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia, following proper grammar and structure (EYD, KBBI).
10. Strong time management.
11. Willingness to continuously develop new skills relevant to the role.
12. Open to feedback and willing to revise content as needed.
