Job description for Math Teacher at Agreni Course
We are seeking well-qualified, enthusiastic, and committed Full-Time Mathematics Teachers and Tutors to join our outstanding tuition center in Jakarta.
Key Responsibilities :
- Resource Creation: Develop and share practice materials, mock exams, and other resources to enhance learning and preparation for the exams.
- Develop Customized Study Plans: Assess students' strengths and weaknesses and create personalized study plans that address individual needs and goals.
- Conduct Tutoring Sessions: Provide engaging and interactive one-on-one or small-group tutoring on-site and online sessions via video conferencing tools.
- Monitor Student Progress: Regularly evaluate student performance, adjust instructional methods to ensure continuous improvement, and make report of performances.
- Engage in Continuous Learning: Actively participate in training sessions to enhance teaching methodologies and stay current with educational trends.
Qualifications :
- Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring Mathematics, with a proven track record of helping students achieve high scores.
- Subject Expertise: Deep understanding of the Mathematics International Curriculum (Cambridge, IBDP, AP).
- Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, online teaching platforms, and educational software.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written English.
- Interpersonal Skills: Good personality, problem-solver, self-motivated and a team player.
