MATCHARISTA — KIRI Matcha Bar

KIRI is looking for a Matcharista who lives for matcha and people!
You are:
- Creative energy, friendly, active — you don't wait to be told
- Dedicated, clean, consistent with recipes
- Minimum 1 year experience as barista (matcha / coffee)
- Love to create content — you know how to take aesthetic photos/videos for IG/TikTok
Your Role:
- Craft daily matcha, coffee & signature KIRI drinks with SOP
- Ensure bar is always clean, stocked & guest-ready
- Help create seasonal menu ideas & give feedback
- Be the face of KIRI — educate guests about matcha culture
- Create behind-the-scenes content when needed
We Love If You:
- Understand basic social media trends & AI tools for ideas (Canva AI, CapCut)
- Have worked in specialty coffee/matcha bar before
