Job description for Master of Ceremony (MC) at Aksoro

Job Description

Host and moderate Aksoro's online events in a professional and engaging manner.
Guide event agendas, introduce speakers, and facilitate audience interactions.
Ensure smooth event flow by coordinating with speakers and the organizing team.
Maintain participant engagement throughout the event through effective communication and audience management.
Handle unexpected situations during live sessions with confidence and professionalism.

Requirements

Active university student, final-year student, or fresh graduate from any major.
Strong communication and public speaking skills.
Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking in front of an online audience.
Able to communicate clearly in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
Responsible, punctual, and able to work collaboratively with the event team.
Previous experience as an MC, moderator, host, or public speaker is preferred but not mandatory.
