Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Memberikan layanan pijat (massage) kepada tamu.
Memastikan kenyamanan, keamanan, dan kepuasan tamu selama treatment berlangsung
Melakukan konsultasi singkat dengan tamu terkait kebutuhan atau keluhan (misalnya pegal, stress, dll)
Menjaga kebersihan ruang treatment
Menjaga sikap profesional, ramah, dan menjaga privasi tamu
Menginformasikan produk atau treatment tambahan (upselling) secara sopan
Membersihkan area hotel
