Job description for Marketplace Specialist at TreeDots

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Bertanggung jawab mengelola dan meningkatkan penjualan online perusahaan di platform e-commerce (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop). Peran ini berfokus pada operasional toko (listing & stok), eksekusi promosi, serta analisis data untuk mencapai target penjualan.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Operasional Toko: Mengelola akun toko, upload produk, optimasi deskripsi, harga, dan koordinasi logistik/pengiriman.
Manajemen Stok: Mengontrol ketersediaan inventaris dan berkoordinasi dengan tim Supply Chain / Operasional.
Promosi & Kampanye: Merencanakan dan mengeksekusi promosi harian, bulanan, maupun mega-kembar (seperti 11.11, gajian, dll.).
Analisis & Laporan: Memantau tren, menganalisis data penjualan, dan menyusun laporan performa berkala berbasis data.
Riset Tren: Mengikuti perkembangan fitur baru, algoritma, dan perubahan kebijakan di setiap marketplace.

Kualifikasi

Pendidikan: Minimal SMA/SMK sederajat.
Pengalaman: Minimal 1 tahun mengelola Seller Center (Shopee, Tokopedia, atau TikTok Shop).
Keahlian: Paham fitur promosi, dekorasi toko, dan iklan (ads) di marketplace.
Mahir Microsoft Excel dasar (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, dll.) untuk olah data penjualan.
Skill Tambahan: Komunikatif, teliti (detail-oriented), adaptif terhadap tren baru, dan mampu bekerja mandiri maupun tim.
