About the Role
We are looking for a Marketplace Specialist to optimize marketplace performance, drive sales growth, and ensure smooth day-to-day marketplace operations.
What You'll Do
• Analyze product performance (traffic, conversion, best sellers & slow movers)
• Manage marketplace campaigns, vouchers, and product bundling
• Optimize product listings (title, description, photos, and keywords)
• Monitor stock and pricing across all sales channels
• Maintain marketplace performance, including store ratings and service metrics
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of experience in e-commerce
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
• Familiar with marketplace metrics and performance analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Nice to Have
Experience with Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, or website management is a plus.
