Job description for Marketplace Specialist (Produk Buku Anak) at PT Arasy Litera Ananda

Tugas :
- Meningkatkan penjualan dan pendapatan melalui saluran online serta persiapan kampanye strategis di Shopee, Tokopedia, & Lazada
- Berkolaborasi dengan AM dan RM E-commerce untuk membuat plan strategy, target dan trend
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim internal (Product, PPIC, serta Marketing) untuk mengembangkan Forecast, Sales Performance serta menerapkan strategi e-commerce dan aktivitas promosi.
- Memonitor, menganalisis dan membuat report KPI untuk mengidentifikasi tren guna meningkatkan pertumbuhan penjualan dan memaksimalkan konversi
- Monitoring Target Revenue Sales,  Ads, Program, Chat dan Komplain.
- Membuat plan dan analisis affiliate, membership, traffic dan user behaviors untuk mendapatkan insight guna meningkatkan konversi

Kualifikasi :
-Menguasai platform e-commerce seperti Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, dan marketplace lainnya
-Memiliki pengalaman dalam mengelola toko online, mulai dari listing produk, mengatur harga, hingga mengelola promosi, dengan niche market buku anak, keluarga, dan atau orang tua
-Kreatif dalam membuat konten menarik untuk meningkatkan penjualan di platform digital
-Memahami analisis data untuk mengukur performa penjualan dan mengoptimalkan strategi.
-Memiliki passion di dunia literasi, buku anak, pendidikan dan keluarga
